Intravitreal injections wet lab for beginners

The first part of the day is didactic and interactive, covering the basic knowledge required for this skill. The second half of the day is the wet lab covering a number of basic learning steps on which the delegate is expected to build their skill thereafter and which compliments their respective ongoing supervision and training at their place of work. This course is now mainly offered as a 1 to 1 event at £350. The price per delegate is less for group bookings with a maximum of 5 in the group. Price Duration See course description 1 day

Ophthalmic laser course for allied health professionals

The emphasis in this course will be the hands-on simulation training using models and real YAG and SLT laser equipment. To maintain the required immersive experience, the number of delegates per course will be limited to between 3 and 6. Price Duration TBC 1 day

Retinal Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) for beginners

The course covers:
1. the basic anatomy of the eye with more detail of retinal anatomy
2. the diagnostic modalities used in ophthalmic imaging
5. methodical approach to retinal OCT interpretation
6. case discussions
